Crossroads Care Homes is born from a lifelong dedication to family. Founder Oscar grew up in his mother’s care facility, witnessing the power of compassion firsthand. He began his path as a caregiver at 16, a manager at 18, and alongside co founder Rocío, has heart led their own residential homes for over seven years.

Rocío discovered her calling to senior care while finishing dental school, starting as a caregiver’s assistant and developing a deep passion for serving seniors with dignity and respect.

In addition to his extensive hands-on experience in senior care, Oscar studied Software Engineering, bringing a unique blend of healthcare expertise and technology innovation to Crossroads. He personally developed and implemented a comprehensive care management system that streamlines medication administration, resident records, care planning, staff coordination, and daily operations. This technology driven approach enhances accuracy, accountability, and communication while ensuring that every resident receives the highest standard of personalized care.

Today, Oscar and Rocío lead Crossroads as a growing network of residential homes where every resident whether in Tucson or Phoenix is treated exactly like family.
