Crossroads Care Homes is born from a lifelong dedication to family. Founder Oscar grew up in his mother’s care facility, witnessing the power of compassion firsthand. He began his path as a caregiver at 16, a manager at 18, and alongside co-founder Rocío, has heart-led their own residential homes for over seven years. Rocío discovered her calling to senior care while finishing dental school, starting as a caregiver’s assistant. Today, they lead Crossroads as a network where every resident—whether in Tucson or Phoenix—is treated exactly like family.
